Where is the Aston Place located?

Aston Place is located at 111 W. Third Avenue. We offer 1- and 2-bedroom luxury apartments near the Short North.

What is the pet policy?

We love pets! Aston Place welcomes up to two pets per apartment. Weight and breed restrictions apply. Please inquire with the office regarding pet fees.

Does Aston Place offer parking?

Yes! Aston Place offers on-site garage parking. Call the leasing office for details!

What unit types are available at Aston Place?

Aston Place offers 1- and 2-bedroom luxury apartments near the Short North. All floorplans have luxury plank flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, en suite washer and dryer, huge walk-in closets, and access to the properties many amenities.

Are appliances included in each unit?

Our Short North apartments feature stainless steel appliances including an electric oven and range, microwave, refrigerator and dish washer. Each unit also includes a full size washer and dryer.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Residents can submit a maintenance request on the website, by calling the office, or visiting the office in person.

What if I lose my keys?

If you lose your keys or are locked out of your unit during business hours, please stop by the leasing office for assistance. For lock-outs after business hours please call the leasing office and follow the prompts on our answering service for emergency maintenance.

How do I start the leasing process at Aston Place?

Apply online anytime at www.AstonPlace.com, or stop into our leasing office to sign a lease. We offer luxe Short North apartment homes just steps from High Street!

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month, and is considered late on the 6th day of the month. Rent received on or after the 6th day of the month will incur a $75 late fee plus $5 per day for every day that the rent is outstanding after the 6th day of the month until the 20th day of the month.

How and where can I pay my rent?

Aston Place accepts credit cards, ACH checks, and money orders, but no cash. We offer multiple methods of rent payment including online via the website resident portal, in person or by mail. You can pay rent in person during office hours, or after hours via the on-site secure drop box. If paying by mail, please send to: 111 W. Third Avenue, Columbus, OH 43201

If I pay a security deposit, when will it be returned to me?

Security deposits are processed within the guidelines of state law promptly following the move out of your unit. Your unit will be inspected to ensure that it is left in the same condition that it was received with the exception of normal wear and tear. Any outstanding charges on your account upon move out will be credited with your security deposit, and the remainder will be sent to the forwarding address provided to us.

Can my security deposit be used for the last month's rent?

The security deposit is not intended to be used for the last month’s rent, and will result in the assessment of late fees against your account.
